A commissioned activation of a rocking chair for the Philadelphia International Airport. Chair Monster takes some of my playful and aesthetic obsessions- mascot heads, Pee Wee's Playhouse, anthropomorphism, faux fur, camp colors- and applies them in an effort to combat the often sterile airport ambiance.
